Solution 8. Delete the Roblox AppData Folder

A corrupt or a missing app data folder file of the game may start causing trouble. So, it is recommended to eliminate the app data folder. To do so, follow the below-given app:

  • In the first step, you have to open File Explorer > Go to the following directory: (Move to the directory where you have installed Roblox)
C:\users\yourusername\appdata\local\
  • Now, you have to search for the Roblox folder and double-click on it to open.
  • Ensure to copy/paste all files of this app data folder as a backup.
  • Now you have to select the app data folder, and press Shift + Delete keys to permanently delete it.

A corrupted IP configuration or DNS server can also lead to certain issues on your computer. Whenever this happens, your system may not be able to connect to the game servers or online streaming services. Hence it is recommended to flush the DNS server completely to regain the IP configuration properly. To do so, follow the below-given steps:

  • First of all, you have to click on the Start menu > Type cmd in the search bar.
  • Next you have to Right-click on Command Prompt from the search result.

  • A command prompt window will appear before you now.

Solution 10. Power Cycle Your Router

If you are ethernet, then it is suggest to you to switch to the wireless connection that is Wi-Fi to check the issue. If you are simply just using Wi-Fi, then perform the power cycle of the router. To do so, follow the below-given steps:

  • First of all, simply turn off the Wi-Fi router and wait for the LED indicators to stop blinking.
